About Stampede Glass

Dan and Julie Kerr moved to Williams Lake in August, 1993, from Vancouver, with the specific purpose of opening a glass shop, after researching many towns throughout British Columbia. The shop was opened in October, 1993, with Dan and 1 other employee.

Prior to opening Stampede Glass, Dan had worked in the glass and upholstery industry in Vancouver and Prince George for 13 years.

Stampede Glass soon employed 4 staff members, including Dan.

In the fall of 2004, Stampede Glass had grown too large for its location. Dan purchased a larger property to cater for 9 employees and a larger range of stock and services. Today, Stampede Glass can be found at their larger location at 48 Yorston Street in Williams Lake.
